PERSONAL CHECK

Make check payable to Professional Escrow and deliver to 555 S. Renton Village Place, #560, Renton, WA 98057 by 3:00 p.m. on or before the earnest money expiration date.  A 14 day hold will be placed on personal checks. We cannot accept a personal check if there is a release of earnest money to the Seller.
