We meet all Washington State licensing requirements and we maintain the highest standard of care.
A one-year home warranty is provided at no cost to the Clients. The basic coverage is available on closings of single family residential (under 5,000 sq. ft.), townhomes and condominium units. This complimentary warranty covers the Seller for 6 months from the order date and the Buyer for 12 months from the closing date. Mobile notaries are also available to assist Clients with the signing of final closing documents at no extra charge.
We strongly believe in communicating with our customers and you will receive updates throughout the escrow process. It is our primary goal to provide the highest level of service and to continually exceed your expectations.
